Yes! We aim to make therapy accessible and affordable. We offer a wide range of sliding scale options based on reported need, no income verification needed. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Insurance can be complicated, but we aim to make it easier. If you’re unsure whether your plan covers therapy or what your copay might be, give us a call! We can help by running your benefits and providing our best estimate of what your cost would be.
You can also contact your insurance company directly by calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card. Ask about your mental health or behavioral health benefits, whether I am considered in-network or out-of-network, and what your copay, deductible, or reimbursement rate may be.
If you use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Step 1
Getting started is simple! You can reach out by phone, email, or through the contact form on the website to schedule your first appointment. If you’re not quite ready to commit, we can start with a brief consultation call to make sure we’re a good fit and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2
During your intake call, I’ll will collect demographics, discuss. finances/insurance, and schedule your initial intake appointment.
Step 3
All paperwork will be emailed to be completed prior to the first appointment. On the day of the appointment, all you have to do is show up, get started on your healing journey!
